Service Description
Capture your special day with a premium wedding photography experience designed to preserve every moment, emotion, and detail. From intimate exchanges to grand celebrations, we document your wedding with a storytelling approach that feels natural, elegant, and timeless. We provide professional direction when needed while allowing genuine moments to unfold, ensuring your images reflect real emotion and beauty. Each selected image is professionally edited for a clean, polished, high-end finish. Limited wedding dates are available each season, so early booking is recommended.
Cancellation Policy
Photography & Video Booking Policy All photography and video bookings with Aliuomoakin Visions Inc. are final. No refunds will be issued for photography or video services once a booking has been confirmed and payment has been made, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If a client cancels an eligible photography or video booking, any amount paid may be converted to studio credit only, valid for 30 business days from the date of cancellation. Studio credit is non-cash and non-transferable unless approved in writing, and must be used within the validity period or it will expire. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made within the studio credit validity period. Failure to attend a scheduled session, late arrival that materially shortens the session, or failure to cooperate during the session does not create a right to a refund. For clarity, deposits, retainers, creative fees, planning time, and reserved production time are earned in consideration of reserving the date and turning away other work. Clients who arrive late may lose part or all of their session time. No-shows and same-day cancellations are treated as forfeited bookings and are not refundable. Studio credit may be issued only at the sole discretion of Aliuomoakin Visions Inc. If Aliuomoakin Visions Inc. must reschedule due to illness, emergency, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, venue restrictions, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control, the client will be offered a new date or studio credit. By booking, the client acknowledges that they have reviewed the studio’s portfolio and are hiring Aliuomoakin Visions Inc. for its artistic style, creative judgment, framing, posing direction, colour treatment, and editing approach. Editing style and final image or video selection remain at the studio’s discretion. Delivery timelines are estimates unless stated otherwise in writing. Delays caused by client late selections, third-party services, force majeure, or technical issues may extend turnaround times. Final delivered files should be downloaded and backed up by the client promptly. Aliuomoakin Visions Inc. is not responsible for indefinite file storage and may remove galleries or archive files after a reasonable period. All images and videos remain the intellectual property of Aliuomoakin Visions Inc. unless a separate written license or assignment states otherwise. Clients receive personal-use rights only unless commercial usage is expressly granted
