Cancellation Policy

All bookings are confirmed only after payment has been completed through the website. Clients may cancel or reschedule their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or class. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in the deposit or payment being non-refundable. For classes and programs such as Kids Art Class, missed sessions are not refundable. However, make-up sessions may be offered depending on availability. Registration fees for programs are non-refundable as they cover administrative preparation and planning. Clients who repeatedly cancel or fail to attend scheduled bookings may have their future bookings declined. Aliuomoakin Visions Inc. reserves the right to reschedule appointments or classes if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Clients will be notified and offered an alternative time. By booking any service through this website, the client agrees to these booking and cancellation terms.
